Meeting Summary & Action Items
Raw meeting notes are a stream of consciousness. This recipe converts chaotic, overlapping thoughts into a structured summary anyone can act on in 30 seconds.
The Recipe
Act as an elite executive assistant. Clean up the messy meeting notes provided below into a highly polished, structured summary.
Organize the output into the following explicit sections:
- Executive Summary: A 2-3 sentence overview of the meeting's main purpose and high-level outcomes.
- Key Decisions Made: A bulleted list of finalized decisions (bold the key terms).
- Action Items Table: Create a Markdown table with columns for: Task, Owner, and Deadline. Extract this explicitly from the notes.
- Next Steps/Open Questions: Any items that require follow-up or were left unresolved.
Here are the messy notes:

Tips for better output
Give it everything. Paste your raw notes exactly as they are β abbreviations, half-sentences, crossed-out thoughts. The more context, the better the summary.
Name the attendees. If your notes mention βSarah saidβ¦β or βthe PM wantsβ¦β, let the AI know who those people are so the Action Items table has real owner names.
Flag ambiguous decisions. If something in the notes wasnβt clearly decided, mention it. The model will surface it in Open Questions rather than guessing.
